Types of Luminaires Required for Flood Lighting
- 500 to 1000 watt lamps with silver or steel reflectors, used in projectors with ventilation, provision, the front of the projector is usually of clear glass, often bowed outwards to protect it from heat of the lamp.
- Use of diffusing glass is made when a diffuse beam is required. The projects are so located that they are not visible by persons passing thereby. In some cases the projectors are housed ornamental stand standards.
