Single Phase Dual Converter
Circuit Diagram of Single Phase Dual Converter :
The circuit diagram of a single phase dual converter is as shown in Figure A.
As seen from the Figure A there are two single phase line commutated full converters connected back to back to drive a common load.
The load in this case is the armature winding of a separately excited D.C. motor .
